Transfers

If you wish to make a booking of a transfer, please contact the Technical Secretariat: tera@confreg.org

We would like to offer you transportation from the airport/railway station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport/railway station.

The transfer includes:

• Meeting at the airport/railway station or at the hotel lobby with the sign;
• Expectation of the participant::
  • for 40 minutes at the airport;
  • for 30 minutes at the railway station;
  • for 15 minutes at the hotel lobby.

Please, use the section COMMENTS to fill in the following information:

• full names of your accompanying persons, if any;
• name of the airport or railway station;
• hotel name;
• contact mobile number*

* The contact phone number is necessary for urgent connection with the passenger in cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as flight delays, additional custom control, getting lost and etc.) If the contact phone number is unavailable at the pick-up period of time, or it has not been stated in the Comments field, any claims about the transfer services quality will be overruled as unjustified.

NOTE: We do not recommend you to use the private taxi service at the airports and stations since the provided service and the transportation cost may not accord any standards.

Cancellation and refund policy:

1. The deadline for applications and payment of transfers – December 13, 2015.
2. Cancellation prior to December 13, 2015– no penalty, after December 13, 2015 - 100% penalty.

All the refunds are processed after the Conference with a minus 10% of bank charges and overheads.
