We would like to draw your attention to the fact that currently the option on reservation and payment for accommodation at the Saint Petersburg Hotel is not available at the website of Symposium TEMA16. This is caused by a large number of the orders received from participants of TEMA16.
Technical Secretariat of the Symposium is looking for additional hotel accommodation options.
We kindly ask you to check regularly section “Hotel Accommodation” at http://tema16.org to monitor publication of the up-to-date information on hotel accommodation.

Cancellations made after 08.12.2015 - a penalty of 1 night stay.
Cancellations made after 12.12.2015 - penalty of 100% of the payment for accommodation.
Booking hotel rooms without a guarantee of seats - after 08.12.2015.
Without the order payment after 08.12.2015 - Pre-booking will be cancelled.
All refunds are made after the Conference, net of banking and additional charges.

“Universitetskaya” Hotel 3*

The hotel is located in a modern district in the south - west of Moscow near the metro station "University", in front of the Main Building of Moscow State University. You can quickly get from the hotel to the historic and business center of the capital. If you go by metro, you will be in the center of Moscow in about 30 minutes.
Not far from the hotel you can find the following sights: Poklonnaya Hill, Sparrow Hills, Luzhniki, University Avenue, Circus on Vernadsky Prospekt.
Hotel “Universitetskaya” has two hundred sixty-four comfortable rooms located on fifteen floors, and belonging to different categories, from economy to luxury. There is home church of St Grand Duchess Olga on the fifteenth floor of the building.
Restaurant with a bar is located on the ground floor lobby of the Universitetskaya Hotel. You can order a meal from the menu or a fixed menu breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant. At your choice: Russian cuisine; Slavonic cuisine; European cuisine; Lean menu. Breakfast is included in room rate.

“Lomonosov” Hotel 3*

Hotel "Lomonosov" is the original format of a private hotel. It was opened in March 2010 in the new residential luxury house. Hotel "Lomonosov" is located in Michurinsky Prospect near the Moscow State University and parklands on the Sparrow Hills. The nearest metro stations are “University” and “Kievskaya”. Moscow city center and the main sights can be reached by metro in about 30 minutes.
The rooms of the hotel "Lomonosov" are traditionally decorated in warm colors. Each room has a bathroom and some rooms have balconies.

The residence located at the Main Building of Moscow State University has all conditions for living, learning and recreation. You can find here reading rooms, lounges, rooms for aerobics, gyms, swimming pool, sports facilities and leisure center. There are five canteens, several coffee shops and grocery stores in this residence. One of the canteens is open on weekends and public holidays, as well as in the evening.
The residence located at the Main Building of Moscow State University is a residence of a corridor type. There are two-room units here. One room is intended for one person.
